Proposal for TOTEM emission per seconds during the launch.
We got two option. 1.2 or 1 TOTEM per seconds for emission of farming. We would like to propose the following choices to either 1.2 or 1 the TOTEM emission per seconds. The benefit of higher TOTEM emission during launch can help attract Liquidity Provider to provide in Totem Finance. We want to know what the community feels about this.
