Skulls of Mayhem Collection

Due to ongoing and rising costs associated with the N.T.P. Canisters and the burning process to mint Skulls of Mayhem (SOM), our team has made a strategic decision to conclude this service and finalize the SOM collection.

We are voting to use funds from the community wallet to edit the contract to mint out the rest of the Skulls of Mayhem NFTs into the vault to be used for giveaways, etc.. We would use funds to pay for the changes to the contract plus gas fees on minting and transfers when doing giveaways.

If this vote doesn't pass, then the SOM collection will be closed with whatever has been minted at the time that we shut off the burning of the canister service.
