This proposal has been formed into a formal proposal as per the consensus gained in ”Defiant EOI”.

The Defiant is a cryptocurrency media service providing news and education in the decentralized finance and cryptocurrency space.

The Defiant produces the following media:

• Newsletter: +27k subscribers ,+10k views/post,+200k view/month • The Defiant Weekly YouTube video: +60k subscribers,+300k views/month • The Defiant By Camila Russo weekly podcast: 6k listens/episode, +20k listens/month

The Defiant agrees to take on Tracer DAO as a sponsor of its podcast and videos as Tracer aims to increase awareness of its DAO and its products. These services provided would be a Podcast Shout Out for all episodes of The Defiant By Camila Russo weekly podcast weekly podcast in the month of November 2021 and a Video Shout Out for each episode of **The Defiant Weekly YouTube video ** during the month of October 2021.

The Defiant undertakes to provide the following:

1- Podcast Shout Out - for each episode of The Defiant By Camila Russo weekly podcast weekly podcast in November 2021, a 30 second message provided by Tracer DAO, edited by The Defiant and read by the host Camila at the start and end of each podcast episode.

2- Video Shout Out - for each episode of The Defiant Weekly YouTube video during the month of October 2021. during the month of October 2021 a 30 second message and any images or video - provided by Tracer DAO, edited by The Defiant and read by the host at the start of the video.

Consideration

For the provision of these services, The Defiant requests:

1. 5,000 USDC for the Podcast Shout Outs to be paid immediately upon approval of the Proposal.
2. 6,000 USDC for the Video Shout Outs to be paid immediately upon approval of the Proposal.

Deliverables

The Defiant undertakes to provide the following:

1- Podcast Shout Out - for four episodes of The Defiant By Camila Russo weekly podcast weekly podcast starting in November 2021, a 30 second message provided by Tracer DAO, edited by The Defiant and read by the host Camila at the start and end of each podcast episode.

2- Video Shout Out - for each episode of The Defiant Weekly YouTube video during the month of October 2021 a 30 second message and any images or video - provided by Tracer DAO, edited by The Defiant and read by the host at the start of the video.

Variation and Termination

1. The Defiant acknowledges that, if engaged, its engagement can be varied or terminated by future Proposals.
2. The Defiant expects that any engagement will be terminated if they fail to deliver in accordance with the deliverables specified above.
3. The Defiant will provide Tracer DAO an outline of the topics for each Podcast and Video that they are engaged to sponsor, prior to it’s release. Tracer DAO may at any time elect not to sponsor a particular Podcast or Video and retain their right to sponsor an Alternate Podcast or Video in December 2021.

Conflicts of Interest

In the context of the Tracer project, conflicts of interest include:

1. Existing Service Providers who are Related Parties; and
2. Existing (vested and unvested) holdings of TCR tokens.

The Defiant wishes to declare the following conflicts of interest:

1. No conflicts of interest to declare.

Intellectual Property

Content remains the property of The Defiant. Upon final payment of the contract, The Defiant will make available the deliverables for Tracer DAO to share on any platform at their discretion, in perpetuity.

Tracer DAO will credit The Defiant on any republication of the Podcast or Video.

Interpretation

Unless otherwise defined in this offer, all terms beginning with a capital letter which are defined in the Participation Agreement have the same meaning unless the context otherwise requires.

If this offer is accepted as a Proposal under the Participation Agreement, Bankless may introduce more formally documented aspects of the Proposal.

Copyright and related rights to this Proposal are waived pursuant to CC0 1.
