Execution Plan

1. Asset Valuation Snapshot: Conduct a snapshot of all assets in the Strategic Reserve at the time of execution.

2. 20% Liquidation: Convert 20% of the portfolio (proportionally across all holdings) into PLS through decentralized exchanges.

3. PLS Transfer: Send all acquired PLS to the designated ORD Buy-and-Burn Wallet.
