A month into the launch of Tranchess’ new nQUEEN-BNB pool, after close observation and careful calculation, we propose to decrease A, the amplification coefficient used for the nQUEEN-BNB pool, from 5000 to 200. The change will avoid the tail-end imbalance distribution between nQUEEN and BNB, reduce the divergence risk within the pool, and ensuring the pool to function properly when users need urgent redemptions of nQUEEN.
If approved, the changing process will take two weeks to complete.
