I, Collin Dyer aka collindyer.eth, propose to sell the 2 FoodMasku NFTs in TrashDAO https://opensea.io/assets/ethereum/0x3d0f31395b0238093a37663c22ac98aa4ac71f0b/1584 https://opensea.io/assets/ethereum/0x3d0f31395b0238093a37663c22ac98aa4ac71f0b/1045

I covenant to sell to the highest bidder within 24 hours of receipt, provide 50% of proceeds to TrashDAO Treasury, and distribute the remaining 50% to bidders who vote FOR this proposal. ..... (AGAINST & ABSTAIN get no eth)

The value of these 2 NFTs is 0.1 - 0.3 eth. If for example the top value 0.3 is achieved, bidders who cast bids FOR would split 0.15 pro-rata, and TrashDAO would get the other 0.15.

The eth proceeds of sale will be distributed pro-rata within 24 hours of final sale to bidders who voted FOR this proposal. Again, 50% of sale proceeds will be returned to the TrashDAO treasury.

Anyone who holds $TRASH token can vote. Only if you vote FOR passage of this proposal can you get eth.

Auction starts Thurs Dec 1 at 7 am, Ends Monday Dec 5 at noon
