I, collin.eth, propose to sell Pixelmon 2304 ("Kevin") to the highest bidder & open a liquidity pool on SushiSwap for $TRASH token, allowing eth <--> $TRASH swaps. Present bid on Kevin is 0.9 eth. If no bids above 0.5 eth are active when Kevin is transferred to me, I will set the sale price at 0.5 eth.

In order to fund the pool I will provide it with 4,000 of my $TRASH tokens (> 10% of total supply 32,643) in exchange for 0.2 eth (~$0.10 valuation). I will also set the starting value at the Sushi pool to 10-cents per TRASH (4,000 $TRASH + 0.2 eth = $0.10 valuation).

ANTICIPATED BUDGET: 0.5 eth. I, collin.eth, HEREBY PROMISE & COVENANT THAT IF THIS PROPOSAL PASSES, I WILL:

1. Sell Kevin to the highest bidder, or mark him for re-sale, in no case less than 0.5 eth. 2- Open a pool for eth/$TRASH on SushiSwap: cost is ~0.1 eth. 3- Provide 4,000 $TRASH to the pool: retain 0.2 eth of Kevin proceeds in my personal wallet. 4- Provide eth to the pool: add 0.2 eth of Kevin proceeds. 5- Send LP-tokens (ownership of the pool; "SLP" tokens) to the TrashDAO Treasury. 6- Provide the community an accounting of funds.

7 - ABSTENTION RULE / 30-DAY no-trade: As the major $TRASH hodler, I, collin.eth, will not sell any of my $TRASH tokens to the eth/$TRASH pool for at least 30 days after it is created.

ANY REMAINING ETH WILL BE RETURNED TO THE TRASHDAO TREASURY WITHIN 3 DAYS OF SELLING KEVIN.
