Proposal to distribute a 3,000 $TRASH Bonus in exchange for 1 NFT from TrashDAO. 3,000 coins = ~44 NFTs at 69/ea.

If this passes, there are two REQUIREMENTS to receive the $TRASH Bonus: (1) VOTE YES on this proposal, and (2) own at least 1% of $TRASH coins (326+ $TRASH tokens).

The 3,000 $TRASH will be divided pro-rata according to $TRASH balance of each voter (more votes = more $TRASH Bonus)

The reason for the 1% requirement is to save gas rather than sending out dust-amounts of $TRASH.
