CORRECTION: Pay for Compensation, Reimbursement, FarCon Event + Stickers with Transaction Revenue & DEGEN Rewards

This corrects the total funds released, for transparency. The itemization was correct in the previous prop, but the total was incorrectly calculated.

The Trash NFTs project is unique in the way that it has generated real revenues from transaction fees and LP rewards. It has been a serious investment of time and effort for each team member and this work needs to be rewarded.

We have generated something like 15-20K from transaction fees and around 50K of DEGEN rewards.

This proposal establishes a one-time payment to the core TRASH team for their work on the project. They are vesting token rewards over the next 6 months, but to fairly compensate them - i.e. provide them with real money so they don't have to sell $TRASH and damage the price of the token - it proposes a payment to each team member (Kathleen/Artichokelord, Mason, Jacob, Willy, Jesse). It also requests approximately 1.5K to cover expenses (webflow, stickers, etc.) and 1K for another batch of stickers + a trash pickup day at FarCon.

10K - Artichokelord for creating the artwork and idea, which the entire project hinges on. 5K for each other team member for supporting the development and marketing of this idea into a reality

Total of 32.5K, which will be paid for via the treasury - not from removing liquidity from the pools or selling $TRASH. It will primarily be financed by selling $DEGEN claimed from LP rewards. We currently have 1.6m DEGEN worth ~46K.

This will protect the future of the token and shield the holders from the downside associated with the team selling their 5% of $TRASH as it unlocks. The team wants the project to continue to grow and has plans to ensure this growth, but this means they do not want to sell their token allocation.

This payment may be taken in $DEGEN, $TRASH, $ETH, or $USDC. The multi-sig signers will execute any required swaps and transactions.
