The Trava Knight NFT Auction has been functioning for 3 weeks and the Trava Team is still developing and improving the mechanism corresponding to every Knight. The Trava Knight NFT Auction is an important milestone in Trava's long-term vision of enabling Trava NFT to be collateralized in the Trava Lending pool.

The mechanism of the Auction is one of the crucial elements in the function of Trava Knight NFT. As a member of the Trava Kingdom, all Knights have the equal privilege of raising suggestions to alternate the mechanism and rules for a better community and bigger advantages.

As mentioned in the Trava Knight NFT Auction rule, sellers have the right to set the floor prices for each Knight they want to sell. However, there are no limitations in terms of ceiling prices, This means that when a bidder wants to bid on a Knight, which has the floor price of 10.000 $TRAVA, he/she just needs to bid at least 10.000 $TRAVA in order to join the auction. There are no limits on the maximum bid, which means that bidders can bid as high as they want to.

Motivation

Until now, the Trava Forum is still very dynamic and many Knights have given us, Trava Team, many great ideas, and suggestions for the Trava Knight NFT Auction. Among them, the most interesting suggestion that Trava Team has received is about sellers’ right of setting the ceiling price.

For example, when the sellers create a new auction, they are able to set the minimum price (Floor price) and the maximum price (Ceiling price). With the new feature, publishers can set the desired price and when a bidder bids at the ceiling price, the auction will end and the publisher can sell the Knight with the satisfied price quickly and conveniently.

With this new right of setting the ceiling price, bidders can clearly see the desired price of the sellers and they can bid the exact price in order to end the auction quicker and receive the Knight faster.
