Summary
TreasureDAO (“Treasure”) is a prominent and respected member of the Arbitrum ecosystem. This position comes with significant responsibilities; both to the Treasure community in advocating for its interests, to be a leader championing web3 gaming more broadly within Arbitrum, and to support the success of Arbitrum DAO itself.
To fulfil this commitment, the Treasure core council has established the Arbitrum Council (ARC), an independant community-led council, consisting of members from both the Treasure and Arbitrum communities. By forming the ARC, Treasure core contributors were able to remain primarily focused on ecosystem growth at Treasure while also seeking to satisfy our obligation to Arbitrum - ultimately resulting in benefits to both the Treasure and Arbitrum communities.
The first term of the ARC formally ends on April 30, 2024. For this reason we present three different options for community considerations on how to proceed:

- ARC Reelected
- ARC Dissolved

Voting Eligibility
- The following holders of MAGIC can vote:
- (A) Stakers in the Harvesters or the TreasureDAO Governance Staking contract, and holders of MAGIC-ETH SLP on Arbitrum One.
- (B) Holders of all listed Magicswap LP tokens and stakers in Beefy’s mooSushiMAGIC-ETH vault or Balancer’s 50% MAGIC / 50% USDC weighted pool.
- gMAGIC will be calculated on a 1:1 basis in (A) and 0.5 ratio in (B) (50% of MAGIC amount)
