Legal Entities for Treat DAO Businesses
Treat DAO will create for profit legal entities (likely Delaware based LLCs) for individual business endeavors (the magazine / TOTM series and the treatdao.com platform to start). These will be wholly owned at creation by Treat DAO. The Oversight Council will oversee the process.
