TreatDAO agrees to transfer the tokens in the reserve wallet to the DAO treasury wallet, under direction of the TreatDAO Council

When the token “Treat V1” was upgraded to “Treat V2” an certain amount of tokens were reserved and locked in a wallet to give users the opportunity to change their tokens at a conversion rate of 100:1

In short, these locked tokens are a reserve for converting token V1 to Token V2. By transferring them to the Treat DAO treasury, the assets can be more effectively managed and utilized for the benefit of the Treat DAO community. The transfer will be conducted under the guidance of the Treat DAO Oversight Council, ensuring transparency and accountability in the process.
