Moving Snapshot to tripscommunity.eth new space

the original space https://snapshot.org/#/tripscommunity has been upgraded and will be moved to this new one https://snapshot.org/#/tripscommunity.eth

Once this vote passes, Snapshot will migrate the previous Proposals here.

This upgraded Snapshot version allows multichain token holders votes, rather than only ETH mainnet, as before. As a result we'll have a broader and fairer governance process.
