NEW VERSION - Constitution and election and duties of Team for funds active management

Due to the movement to the new space, We have to vote another time this proposal. Thanks to the new voting system, all Trips holder can vote, also the ones that have tokens in other chains and not only in ETH Mainnet.

LET'S REPEATE This proposal aims to establish the rules for the constitution and election of the team dedicated to the active management of the Trips funds.

the team consists of 5 members; The team will be led by a team leader, elected by team members among them; The team will be chosen by public vote and will serve for 365 days; The team will have to report on the work carried out at least once a month, or whenever a fact of particular relevance is done or involves the fund; The team has to handle the funds with care and respect; The member resigns if no longer able to do it's duty or not matching the requirements; The member in order to candidate and then be part of the team must hold at least 1000 trips all the time in office.
