Increase the DAO subscription price

The proposed price of $120 per year ($10 per month ) is pretty low. There is a significant amount of work to bring the Booking DAO to life, and the value that users can get from the platform is way higher than $10 per month.

I propose a price increase to a minimum of $20/month (i.e. $240 per year).
