"I am based in the UK and have over 20 years of experience in the traditional vacation rental industry, establishing a private portfolio and also owned and managed rental companies with closing on one thousand properties, (“Discovery Holiday Homes”, “Lake Como Homes Ltd” and “The Preferred Apartment Company”) all of which have been successfully moved on. More recently throughout 2019, I have been contracted as VP to Stay Alfred to assist the development of the European portfolio of this fast-growing master lease urban market. I am now acting as a consultant, trustee, advisor and non-exec in several sectors of the short term rental industry and public sector. Experience with on the ground managerial issues, the software challenges, plus successful company sales and acquisitions with crowdfunding and investments allows me to cover a broad spectrum of a company’s needs." 🇬🇧

Role & Responsibilities

The multi-sig owners will be entrusted to sign transactions when instructed by the Community. Multi-sig owners are NOT required to take decisions or participate in the governance. On the other hand, they are free to refuse to sign a transaction if it seems unjust, non ethical or conducive to fraud/exit scam or similar moves. In short: they protect the funds in the Richard of the whole Community.

The Vote

We are organizing the transfer ownership of the $TRIPS tokens from Luca De Giglio (the Founder) over to a multi-sig wallet. The vote is open to any $TRIPS holders. The more $TRIPS you have in this wallet, the more weight your vote has.

You may vote on any number of candidates. You don't need to vote on all of them.

The Top 9 candidates will be elected to each hold one key, where 6 will be required to transfer $TRIPS.
