First proposal: Should we keep cctip as a tool for the telegram community?

I'm sure some people find it annoying, and perhaps it doesn't look professional - not sure. This proposal is to ask the question whether or not we keep cctip enabled.

Pros:

• Increases engagement
• Tool to reward ideas/creativity/promotion
• Relieves boredom
• Creates awareness
• Will eventually lead to some arrivals turning into buyers

Cons:

• Clogs up the thread
• Introduces an influx of claim hunters that have no intention of buying
• Can be annoying e.g. balance checking/bot settings
