[Proposal] Migrate Uniswap TRU/ETH Farm to Sushiswap

Summary: This proposal aims to (1) close the Uniswap TRU/ETH LP farm and (2) start a new TRU/ETH LP farm on Sushiswap with 20% of Uniswap’s current daily TRU rewards.

Background: On January 19th, 2020, I posted a suggestion to market to Sushiswap users by starting a new TRU/ETH farm (rewarded in TRU), suggesting a number of ways to design this new farm.

After a week of robust discussion, the community organized around the “Alternative Suggestion'' of migrating the Uniswap farm to Sushiswap outright. This would close the Uniswap TRU/ETH farm, and launch a new farm on Sushiwap to replace it.

The proposed terms of the new farm are as follows:

1. End Uniswap farm: TrueFi will end the Uniswap TRU/ETH farm with a week’s notice to LPs. No change to TFI-LP/TUSD farm at this time.
2. Open Sushiswap Farm: TrueFi will launch a Sushiswap TRU/ETH farm with 20% of the current TRU farm rewards, or approximately 10,108.20 TRU/day.

Specification:

1. Reduce farm emissions to 20% of current emissions
2. Redirect farm emissions from Uniswap TRU/ETH LPs to Sushiswap TRU/ETH LPs (will allow LPs to farm both Sushi and TRU at the same time)
