Should TrustPad host PlayZaps IDO even without clause 10. from the safeguarded launch protocol?

The team has come to an agreement with their other launchpads not to enforce their refund rules and requested the same from TrustPad.

Since we’ve seen a lot of excitement from the community in regards to PlayZap we thought it would be appropriate for a DAO vote to decide if we should go ahead PlayZaps IDO even without clause 10. from the safeguarded launch protocol.
