Add support for Solana tokens (SPL) and KIN’s migration to Solana

Welcome to the second governance opportunity for TWT holders! Here you can vote on whether you think SPL token support should be added to Trust Wallet and to support KIN's migration to Solana.

This may seem like two proposals but it is actually just one!

The KIN community have used Trust Wallet for several years as their primary wallet and have been a very loyal community. KIN is migrating to SOLANA on 8 December 2020 and will become a SPL token -- so if we do not support them they will need to find another wallet.

Proposal Request

The request is to add support for SPL tokens by 8 December 2020 benefiting both the KIN and SOLANA community.

Proposal Motivation

The KIN Community love Trust Wallet, and after several years as loyal users we do not want to lose our primary choice of wallet.

For the SOLANA community, SPL is an ERC20-like token program for the Solana blockchain, as new and interesting apps are built on Solana, these users will need to find a trust worthy and reliable wallet solution to store their tokens.

Both the KIN community and the SOLANA community would benefit, as by adding support for SPL Tokens, Trust Wallet taps into TWO powerful communities and continues to grow its user base.

The token program on Solana is the 'SPL token which is not presently supported by Trust Wallet.
