Follow-up proposal about the airdrop to EWT consortia pool stakers

The proposal: "Airdrop SHL to Gold/Silver EWT stakers" has passed, the SHL holders have decided to organize an airdrop to the EWT consortia pool stakers.

The proposal that passed said: "The idea is to use part of the SHL in the Staking costs Contract." So as of now there will be 2.126.000 SHL available for the airdrop, the final amount may be a little higher at the time of the airdrop.

This is the first of a few quick proposal to poll SHL holders about the details of the airdrop, the first question of how to airdrop will be done is: should the airdrop only be available to the gold stakers in the consortia pool, or both silver and gold? Both the silver stakers and gold stakers have staked their EWT for months.
