Change to the turtle stakingcost

In an effort to potentially increase the buying pressure for the SeaShell token and increasing the minimal profitable staking duration. (right now an average turtle will earn back the 1000 SHL cost in about 2.5 days, the below mentioned days in the choices are refering to this)

At the time of writing the price for SHL = $0.0001530 And the price of EWT = $3.24

The above mentioned prices will be used in the following calculations: Set the price to stake a turtle to:

• Keep the price at 1000 SHL = 0.047 EWT = $0.15 = 2.5 days
• 2500 SHL = 0.118 EWT = $0.38 = 6.25 days
• 5000 SHL = 0.236 EWT = $0.77 = 12.5 days
• 7500 SHL = 0.354 EWT = $1.15 = 18.75 days
• 10000 SHL = 0.472 EWT = $1.53 = 25 days
• 12500 SHL = 0.59 EWT = $1.91 = 31.25 days
• 15000 SHL = 0.708 EWT = $2.30 = 25 days

(btw for reference 15000 SHL is about 0.0072% of the SHL circulating supply) A proposal to change the stakingcost again can always be created later at any moment, by anyone.
