Forced Mint 25 to 150

I propose that we increase the forced mint per day from 25 to 150. That would gives us 13 days left to mint before supply is no more. If it remains at 25 per day we are on par for a very long 70/80 day forced mint. Voting ends at 2/3/23 at 11:59pm PST.
