Abstracto

Desde el equipo core de Tutellus decidimos que sea la comunidad a través de la DAO quien tome la decisión de seleccionar los proyectos que se presenten al Launchpad para conseguir inversión a través de una venta privada.

Motivación

Reental es uno de los buques insignia nacidos desde la comunidad Tutelliana. Tras el éxito arrasador de la compañía tokenizando inmuebles y después de 2 años de crecimiento exponencial, ahora es el momento de lanzar el utility token ($RNT) que pueda ser usado en los productos y servicios de la compañía. El token se lanzará únicamente durante 3 días de junio en el Launchpad de Tutellus y en un CEX por determinar, en las mismas condiciones de precio y vesting. La cantidad total de fondeo será de $200.000, por lo que la venta privada estará muy limitada. El token $RNT se desplegará en Polygon, lo cual supone cerrar el círculo dada la inminente migración de todos los tokens de inmuebles de Reental esta semana de BNBchain a Polygon.

Propuesta

En caso de que la DAO vote que SÍ, el proyecto se lanzará como cualquier otro a través del Launchpad de Tutellus, dando un tiempo razonable para su fondeo. Será preparado en unos días y propuesto a la comunidad a través de la herramienta Launchpad.

Abstract

From the Tutellus core team, we have decided that it should be the community through the DAO who decides which projects are presented to the Launchpad to raise funds through a private sale.

Motivation

Reental is one of the flagship projects born within the Tutellus community. After the overwhelming success of the company in tokenizing real estate properties and two years of exponential growth, now is the time to launch the utility token ($RNT) that can be used within the company's products and services.

The token will be launched exclusively for 3 days in June on the Tutellus Launchpad and on a yet-to-be-determined CEX (Centralized Exchange), under the same price and vesting conditions. The total funding amount will be $200,000, making the private sale highly limited.

The $RNT token will be deployed on Polygon, completing the circle given the imminent migration of all Reental's real estate tokens from the BNBchain to Polygon this week.

Proposal

If the DAO votes SÍ (YES), the project will be launched like any other through Tutellus Launchpad, allowing a reasonable time for funding. It will be prepared in a few days and proposed to the community through the Launchpad tool.
