Abstracto

Desde el equipo core de Tutellus decidimos que sea la comunidad a través de la DAO quien tome la decisión de seleccionar los proyectos que se presenten al Launchpad para conseguir inversión a través de una venta privada.

Motivación

¿Qué es GBTC?

GBTC (Grupo Bitcoin) es una empresa española dedicada a acercar el mundo cripto a la población mediante la compra-venta de criptomonedas, tanto a través de tiendas físicas (18 en la actualidad) como online, a través de su APP. La compañía ha experimentado un fuerte crecimiento a través de su red de franquiciados estos 2 últimos años, y prevén que incluso aumente este ritmo. Además, tienen licencia del Banco de España para actuar como Exchange de criptomonedas.

Más valor para los tokens Tutellianos

La propuesta de crear un utility token ($GBTC) que adquiera valor por su uso en el ecosistema de la empresa (a definir en el nuevo Whitepaper) tiene mucho sentido. El acuerdo, además, incluye el que se pueda comprar cualquier token del ecosistema Tutelliano directamente en las tiendas físicas, lo que nos ayudará mucho a crecer en distribución. El $TUT será el principal beneficiado.

Propuesta

En caso de que la DAO vote que SÍ, el proyecto se lanzará como cualquier otro a través del Launchpad de Tutellus, dando un tiempo razonable para su fondeo. Será preparado en unos días y propuesto a la comunidad a través de la herramienta Launchpad.

Motivation

What is GBTC?

GBTC (Bitcoin Group) is a Spanish company dedicated to bringing the crypto world closer to the population through the purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies, both through physical stores (18 at present) and online, through their APP. The company has experienced strong growth through its network of franchisees over the past 2 years, and they expect this pace to increase even more. Additionally, they have a license from the Bank of Spain to act as a cryptocurrency exchange.

More value for Tutellus tokens

The proposal to create a utility token ($GBTC) that acquires value through its use in the company's ecosystem (to be defined in the new Whitepaper) makes a lot of sense. The agreement also includes the ability to buy any token from the Tutellus ecosystem directly in physical stores, which will greatly help us grow our distribution. $TUT will be the main beneficiary.

Proposal

If the DAO votes SÍ (YES), the project will be launched like any other through Tutellus Launchpad, allowing a reasonable time for funding. It will be prepared in a few days and proposed to the community through the Launchpad tool.
