Support Celo Network on DAOhaus

Celo Network is requesting UberHaus' consideration to support Celo on the DAOhaus platform.

TL;DR

Celo would like DAOhaus to support deploying on their network. Celo indicated that their community could use a platform for community initiatives and projects like communities on xDAI are using it now.
