General will have to institute council (it can be other candidates or whatever persons he'll decide to promote).

General will be granted main Twitter access and admin rules in main chats. He'll be able to promote users in chat as well.

What we expect from General? Leading us to the success or build the best team what will bring us to success, for sure!
