Prioritizing Telegram Bot vs Metamask Snap

The Ultimate Digits ecosystem would have web app, mobile apps, Telegram bot, Metamask Snap, and other form factors. Right now, in parallel to the web app, we've done some early-stage dev work on a Telegram bot as well as a Metamask Snap. Due to development bandwidth constraints, we need to sequentially prioritize the two and not develop them simultaneously. Thus need your vote to decide which one to pursue first.

Telegram bot: Links your wallet address to your TG handle. Metamask Snap: Enables transactions to mobile numbers natively within Metamask.
