[ESP3]Proposal for reallocating COLLAB token

Dear Ultiverse community,

We have received the COLLAB tokens for the top 100 community rewards. However, the price of COLLAB has dropped a lot.

The total amount is only worth about $15,800. As we proposed, 80% of the tokens will go to ES holders. So each NFT will get about $1.8, while the gas fee on Optimism is not cheap now.

So after collecting ideas from the community, we have 4 options about the new distribution plan. Please vote for your preferred option below:

1. Keep it for now
2. Swap into ETH. Sweep ES floor. Then we will decide what to do
3. Swap into USDT. Use it as prizes for a new mission or campaign
4. Swap into USDT and start a mini fund, managed by the community
