Reserve DAO - Phase Two: Purpose Statement

The development team has proposed, and an initial Twitter vote demonstrated support for, the creation of a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). The ReserveDAO thesis consists of seeking to buy a U.S.-Treasury chartered bank or invest in a bank to provide a regulatory, compliant testing ground for decentralized products.

If you vote for the proposal, a budget will be compiled and funding structure proposed. Voting will be a criteria for a higher whitelist tier qualification.
