Increase UNFI Staking amount to allow for monthly Yield compounding and migrations.

The maximum limit of 600,000 UNFI staked has been reached. At 36% APR the staked UNFI is emitting 18,000 UNFI per month. Since the whitepaper laid out a MAXIMUM monthly emission of 100,000 UNFI there is plenty of rewards to go around. My proposal is to increase, on a regular basis, the amount available to be staked by AT LEAST the stake yield -18k this month, PLUS the migration rewards amount. So for June the increase would be to a Maximum of 636,000. 600k+18k+15k+2k+1K

Increase by 36k UNFI: 18K from stake rewards; 15K Migration #5; 2K Migration #6; 1K Migration #7.

These newly distributed UNFI needs someplace to go or they might fine themselves selling on an exchange!
