Allow uToken creators to choose UNIC reward split between uToken-ETH and uToken-UNIC LPs

Should we allow uToken collection creators to choose how much of the UNIC rewards for their LPs goes to uToken-UNIC LPs instead of uToken-ETH LPs?

Currently, 100% goes to uToken-ETH LPs. But if this proposal goes through, if uBOB has 10% of farming rewards and the collection creator for uBOB wants to split the rewards half-half between uToken-ETH and uToken-UNIC LPs, 5% would go to the first pair and 5% would go to the other pair.

Why?

1. More UNIC gets locked up in liquidity pools. This decreases sell pressure.
2. Net TVL will increase since sell pressure decreases, APR increases, more people can LP
3. Potentially more fees and incentives to add liquidity to UNIC-ETH pool
4. Additional buy pressure for UNIC
5. Incentivize wider participation for farmers (instead of simply farm & dump)
