Increase UNIC-ETH pool rewards to 20%
The UNIC-ETH pool APR is the lowest of all farming pools right now. The support on UNIC is one of the most crucial things to move this protocol forward. This proposal suggests that we move the UNIC-ETH rewards up all the way to 20% of the UNIC rewards, so that there can be more incentives to providing liquidity for it.
