Should Unipilot pay for Etherscan banner adverts to obtain more users?

Etherscan is a good place for marketing as it is visited presumably exclusively by Ethereum users, whereas other websites such as Coingecko will be visited by many who dont use Ethereum.

The cost to advertise on Etherscan is $12 per 1,000 impressions, with a minimum spend of $1,200, so this proposal is to spend $1,200 on banner ads on Etherscan. This would reach around 100,000 people.

The cost of the advertising would come from Unipilot's marketing pot.
