Burn unclaimed A51 tokens

This proposal is created to decide on the fate of the unclaimed A51 tokens. According to the A51 stats dashboard, 349,313 A51 tokens are still unclaimed by the PILOT holders which equates to 50% of the initial community drop 120 days after the launch. Considering that there has been ample time between the token migration and now, we should move towards setting a deadline for the token migration after which all the unclaimed tokens would be burnt.

The first proposal is to set 1 July as the final deadline 2 months from now and 6 months after the token migration. The second proposal is to set 1 October as the deadline 5 months from now, and 9 months from the token migration date.

Pros to burn unclaimed A51 tokens This will eliminate any supply overhang that might scare new investors and they will be confident that there won’t be any new tokens coming into circulation all of a sudden.
