Should we implement the new tokenomics proposal

This tokenomics proposal is the improvement in the current tokenomics of Unipilot. It features the inclusion of the most requested staking from our community. We also focused on decreasing the PILOT emission and distributing the staking rewards from the organic revenue generated in the index fund.

This proposal discusses: i) Unipilot Staking and xPILOT. ii) Staking rewards in actual tokens from the index fund. iii) Proportion of staking rewards each month for staking. iv) Shift towards sustainable ecosystem with the transition to DAO as a north star.
