Proposal Description

UIP-3 asks our community if and how we should compensate the affected ULP holders for the difference between the affected amount (658624 USDT) and the returned amount (561141.838943429001009398 USDT).

If UIP-3 passes, the affected ULP holders (based on the snapshot taken by the Uniwhale team) will receive a new NFT with esUNW entitlement proportionally corresponding to the difference between the affected amount and the returned amount, multiplied by 1.2, based on the time-weighted price of UNW between 2PM UTC Apr 15, 2023–2PM UTC Apr 17, 2023. The exact launch timing of the new NFT will be announced later.
