Merchandise Giveaway Items for ETH Denver 2025

Background

As we are gearing up for ETH Denver 2025 and want to heighten visibility during events, I suggest we order some general small merch items to spread among the crowd:

• 500 stickers in holographic design with a ticket-shaped cut at $216 + tax
• 500 "What's UP?" buttons for $125 + tax

Benefits

This is primarily about heightened visibility and subtle but persistent messaging. By having the "What's UP?" phrase and UP token symbol pop up consistently throughout the event, I imagine that recognizability is being created. With your permission, I would like to test this theory.

Risks

• Merchandise doesn't arrive in time.
• The intended goals of heightened visibility will not translate.

Timeline and Implementation

Since time is getting narrow, I would upfront the amount after the Snapshot proposal goes through and would expect reimbursement either in UP tokens, USDC, or ETH by the DAO through an onchain vote.
