Shortlist for Multi-sig Signers

As per the recent proposal "Multi-sig for the DAO" this proposal names the first shortlist of candidates that fulfill the original requirements (being either a delegate or an ecosystem role holder). The former proposal, which this one is based on, can be reviewed here.

The shortlist consists of the following people (named with their Discord handles):
