Si Her Unlock Value

SI3 (See Three) is an ecosystem architecting a more accessible web. We offer tools and resources that unify and accelerate womxn and non-binary web3 professionals, their communities, and their organizations. We also have our own women in web3 community Si Her Co-Active, which focuses on developing women's web identities and personal brands, introcing public speaking opportunities, and facilitating professional growth and collaboration programming.

1 | Partnership Opportunity

We are proposing a collaboration with Unlock that aims to drive new partners to utilizing Unlock Protocol, including community leaders, podcast creators, and event organizers. For an overview of our database of 500 women in web3 communities, event organizers and creators in more detail, please see our proposal on Github.

Our specific partnership activities entail:

• Develop Si Her's membership and event NFT's, to serve as examples for the inviteees for our two events.
• Activate a #SiHerUnlockValue channel within our Common Ground membership space, which provides Unlock's tutorial videos on how to create event and membership NFT's, and additional tutorial videos created demonstrating Si Her's use cases.
• Host two virtual events: Si Her Unlock Value: For Community Leaders (August 6th) and Si Her Unlock Value: For Event Organizers (August 8th), hosted within our Common Ground space.

Online Event Structure:

• Intro from Kara Howard, creator of Si3, on the topic of value creation - as creators, leaders, and women
• Introduction to Unlock, by Unlock (Lana and Angela have kindly agreed to support these events, so it couid be great for them to join one event each)
• Si3 shares Si Her’s Unlock NFT's
• Q&A from the audience
• Si3 closes with next steps on how to set up their Unlock NFT's

These events will be recorded and edited, and replays distributed in our #siherunlockvalue channels

2 | Why Si3

Our team comprises of highly experienced web2 x web3 marketers, community leaders and experience creators. Our bios are on Github, and here is our highlights:

Kara Howard is the Creator of Si3 and its Si Her Co-Active. She has been a women-in-tech community builder for over ten years, creating and participating in offline and online communities and over 400 speaking opportunities for women. Within Si Her, she hosted their ‘Si Her Impact Web3’ event at NFT.NYC, and hosted the Si Her Summit in February 2024, which was a 12-hour global virtual event 50 women in web3 speakers. Kara's career started as an Equity Research analyst on Wall St, and her journey toward value creation and equity in the financial world, now in its evolved form, continues.

Ksenia Stark is the Co-Founder of impact creator house ⅄Oᒋ⅋NOISՈᖵNOϽ, a collaboration strategist, and public speaker. She approaches marketing beyond commercialization, creating GTM strategies with community experiences. Their latest experiences include Berlin Pride, FutureGO Summit, Art Basel Miami, three events during WEF in Davos, including an 18-hour-long summit and gala for Lan.Space, the Global Sales Tech Festival, and BananaConf.

Stewart Rogers is a journalist, analyst, public speaker, author, startup founder, musician, and "digital nomad." As a co-founder at ⅄Oᒋ⅋NOISՈᖵNOϽ, an impact creator house, he helps creators of all kinds make an impact, connect with brands, and amplify their values and mission. As Editor-in-Chief at Dataconomy, he informs the data science community and AI community, in addition to helping create and host Europe's biggest data expert conference, Data Natives. As the Editor-at-Large at ArcticStartup, he delivers news from the startup industry in the Nordics and Baltics.

3 | Our Milestones

Milestone 1: Kickoff:

• Begin outreach women in web3 community leaders with our ‘Si Her Unlock Value’ events, and invitations to join our August 6th membership NFT event, and August 8th event NFT gathering
• Develop event NFT and membership NFT for Si Her with Unlock as use cases
• Logo placement on Si3’s new website announcing event and on social media.
• Create pre-event video sharing about Si Her's Unlock NFT's, shared across our social platforms (Linkedin, X).
• Activate #unlockvalue channel in Si Her’s membership platform with tutorial guides and videos.

500 UDT - payment requested at kickoff as we will be creating assets with Unlock's logo and sharing with our network of 200 organizations, extending information about Unlock Protocol and it's offerings and inviting them to attend our event

Milestone #2: Event Hosting & Reporting

• Host virtual event on August 6th (target 50 community leader attendees) and August 8th (targeted 25 event organizers)
• Create post-event video with the community leaders that have Unlock NFT's and their logos, tagging them in the video for collective social sharing
• Provide metrics report on the collaboration, including total # of invites to events, total number of attendees, total number of conversions to new customers (both membership and event NFT's), # of conversations started in our #unlockvalue channel in our membership platform, and social metrics from our two videos shared across socials.

350 UDT - payment is requested at completion of this milestone on September 20th, after we have hosted the event, created post event video highlight reel, and provided metrics report

Total requested grant amount: 850 UDT total

We would also like to offer free memberships to Si Her ($300 usd value each) for the four women of Unlock who we have connected with and are supporting us: Alana, Lana, Angela and Valentina. ✨️
