Consolidation of the MOAR brand into UNION

Since receiving control of the MOAR platform, UNION has managed both projects while largely keeping the brands separate. It has been proposed that UNION launch MOAR under the UNION domain. This would result in the organization of MOAR under the UNION (unn.finance) domain, the discontinuance of MOAR direct marketing and MOAR telegram/twitter channels, and the consolidation of UNION and MOAR hosted infrastructure into one single footprint. The MOAR brand will be moved under the primary UNION project as a product. The MOAR token ecosystem will remain separate.
