Official Consent for Allocation of 2ETH from the Unofficial Mfers Community Treasury for 2023 NFT NYC Mfers Meet Up

This is the proposal for allocation of 2 ETH from the Unofficial Mfers community treasury (unofficialmfers.eth - current balance 157 ETH/54 WETH) for the sole purpose of reserving, and paying for, products and services associated with the upcoming mfers NFT NYC meet up. This includes things such as: venue, food, beverages, etc.

We hope to make treasury-assisted/-funded events such as these more frequent on both a large and small scale.

Thank you to the volunteers currently doing the organizational legwork for this event; we will share more details with mfers as we confirm reservations, etc!
