Official Consent for Allocation of 5ETH from the Unofficial Mfers Community Treasury for NFT NYC Mfers Event

After a soft pass in the Discord Citadel to permit us to begin planning an event for mfers during NFT NYC 2022 (June 20-23), this is the official proposal for allocation of 5 ETH, from the Unofficial Mfers community treasury (unofficialmfers.eth - current balance 47.11 ETH/8.84 WETH), into a separate temporary multi-sig for the sole purpose of reserving, and paying for, products and services associated with the event.
This includes things such as: venue, insurances, security personnel, products/catering/beverages, etc.

The multi-sig address will be posted publicly for mfers to view as soon as it is created, and will still be held by treasury signers.
Any remaining unused funds after the event will be transferred back into the Unofficial Mfers community treasury.

We hope to make treasury-assisted/-funded events such as these, for mfers, more frequent on large and small scale.
