Allotment of 5 ETH from the umfers Community Treasury to Mfers Cannabis Company, c/o Melted Mindz & Team

project summary: I want to build a recognizable brand with the mfers IP. To do this I will start with a mint with a limited supply, California residents 21 and up can receive a drop box with 4 eighths (14 grams total) of four different strains.(plus a pamphlet explaining the strains attributes) Their token will be used to vote for the 2 they believe we should cross breed to create the official mfers strain. If they would rather opt out of the marijuana for whatever reason, they will receive a drop box with mfers canna co. Merchandise (Hoody, rolling papers, grinder etc.)

25% of the mint and 25% of royalties will go directly into the mfers treasury. 25% of mint and 25% of royalties will go directly into mfers canna co. Treasury. These funds will be used by a multi sig wallet that is consisted of 3 curators from the community, they will be tasked with purchasing digital art and selling it as they see fit. The collection will be displayed in an OM gallery that all mfers can visit.

The remaining 50% of mint and 50% of royalties will go towards the initial wave of drop boxes and growing the mfers canna co. Brand, the strain that is bred from the two winning strains will be the mfers official strain and will begin to be distributed legally throughout California dispensaries with a 25% of cash revenue going to the mfers treasure and 25% of cash revenue going to the mfers canna co treasury.

project rationale: mfers will benefit from this project in multiple ways, starting with funds being injected directly into their treasury as well as royalties for the future of the project. It will help push the mfer brand as we grow and adapt in web2 and web3. The purchase of digital art for the collection will help grow attention towards upcoming and established digital artists. Plus, mfers being associated with the highest grade cannabis on the planet

project action items: Well coded and audited Smart contracts need to be developed.

project timeline: The project can launch as early as soon as the smart contracts and art for the token are finalized, as soon as 2 weeks from now. The holders will receive their drop boxes within 2 weeks of mint. The breeding of the official strain will be a 4 month process.

estimated cost to implement project: Smart contract development, animated 3D token created, beginning level marketing for the project, gas fees, discord mods: 5 ETH.
