Updating Consensus Heartbeats?

A small tweak to the Consensus Heartbeats algorithm would increase the variety of the shapes of Consensus Heartbeats. Because the code for the algorithm has not been minted yet on-chain. I will let the community decide what they want.

Following the decision by the DAO, the code will either be updated and CHs slightly tweaked, or they will remain the same. Following either outcome and the end of this vote the code will be minted on-chain.

The final vote will be respected and counted as successful if more than 50% of CH holders will vote for yes.
