Upgrade to Enzyme's SULU update

As discussed on the forums, we want to proceed with upgrading to Enzyme's SULU update, as it has proven itself solid, safe and adds a much needed features that allows USF to expand and have active Asset Management.

Proposal This proposal is an expression of intent related to the 2 following:

a) Upgrading and moving to Enzyme’s new Sulu release b) Starting to experiment with new active Asset Management strategies
