IP-2: Defining the Multisig Team Roles and Responsibilities

Summary:

The team needs to be able to freely make decisions on behalf of the community, without the need for a vote on every single decision that needs to be made. This will give the team, the power it needs to quickly build and move on behalf of its members.

Higher-level and lower-level decisions, like product, strategy, and roadmap will be left to our executive multisig team. They will help the community govern and build the future for what is best for our community.

Abstract:

If adopted, this proposal seeks to:

1. Mandate executive control to the URN team to make decisions on behalf of the community.

The creation of a multisig team benefits the Interns as a whole by:

-Ensuring the DAO is able to make decisions swiftly. -Protecting the team from bad actors who will try to cause chaos via governance. -Allowing the team to keep high-level strategy inside the team, minimizing the chance of leaks that others can take advantage of. Restrictions

This vote does not allow the multisig team to:

-Work against the best interest of the Alpha Mass once the mass.black mechanics are revealed, especially for the benefit of any of the multisig team’s individually held Mass. -Make decisions that will harm the DAO in the long-term goals of Pak’s ecosystem. -Take advantage of Internship members by trying to assume complete control of the DAO. -Do whatever it pleases without criticism, scrutiny, and action. Removal

In the event that the community is unhappy with a multisig team member:

-The Community can vote the member out. -To allow enough time for the majority of the DAO to participate, the vote will be open for a minimum of one week, and until either 2/3rds of Internship tokens have voted or two weeks pass, whichever comes first. -If a multisig team member is voted out, then a separate vote for a new member to fill the vacant slot should take place as soon as possible, to be no later than within the next 30 days. -Would require a 75% supermajority vote to remove a member from the multi-sig.
