Growth subDAO Contributor Incentivization Scheme

This document will serve as an outline to structure the pay system to be balanced and fair by basing it on quality community activity and output. In essence, this will be an internal bounty program for Core Contributors to enhance the monthly set reward structure.

Goals

  1. Create a balanced pay structure that rewards quality output from Growth subDAO contributors, without having negative consequences aside from it affecting the individual’s rewards for that month’s accrual.

Pay Structure

Pay will be accrued monthly via tracking the completed activities on the task board, and added to the monthly stipend. This accrued reward from tasks will be sent out to the addresses provided(by the individual Core Contributor) at the end of each month(approx. 28th) from the Growth subDAO Gnosis Safe.

Growth subDAO Core Contributors will receive a monthly stipend based on the tasks they complete using the task board. This monthly stipend amount will be as follows:

Growth SubDAO Core Contributors 1500 SARCO/month

Tasks

Tasks that a Core Contributor completes will be tallied from a review of the working items completed and/or in progress on the working board for the Growth subDAO. It is the responsibility of the core contributors to capture, update, and track their work on the working board to ensure that they have made contributions to the Growth subDAO.

Core Contributors

The list of core contributors to receive the monthly stipend if they qualify will be listed under the Core Contributors section of the Growth subDAO Notion Page.
