Incentivization Change and Removal of Inactive GsD Member

This proposal is looking to get approval to increase the monthly incentives for GsD Core Contributors from 1,500/month to 4,000/month. In addition to this increase, the GsD will be more vigilant in ensuring that all members are making satisfactory contributions to remain eligible to receive their incentives.

Secondly, we will be removing DJKoro from the GsD due to a lack of activity associated with the GsD.

A yes will approve the changes and a no will signal to not approve this approval.
